Check your state and city laws, a lot of places don't like the taking in of wild animals unless they are injured. Bunnies generally need a large enough space where they can exercise comfortably. Treating it like a hamster or gerbil won't work out. If it's already dependent on humans, you should probably take it to a shelter if you don't have a space for it. For other generic bunny care info, you can google that.

You answered all your questions yourself. I think this happens because of the tick rate; it's easily avoided if you surf, expecting to take fall damage each time. They are exposed from everywhere. High risk, high reward. This is sort of the "main" area of the map. Climbing up the ladder is a death sentence, so people duke it out at the bottom. No idea, it isn't mentioned in !rules, but I'm not sure if those are outdated. At the end of the day, if you don't like the map, don't play it.
